The Founder and the Director of company - Gia Gagnidze was born in 1962. In 1985 has successfully finished TSU on a specialty of the economist. In current of several years he worked as the economist, the accountant, then the Chief Accountant in various, both state, and private organizations. He is the member of Federation of Professional Accountants and Auditors of Georgia. In 1991 he began to work in the first auditor organization created in Georgia, since then about today his professional interests are directed on sphere of the industrial and industrial financial analysis and audit.
